Fakten

  • The luxury residential high-rise is located between The Esplanade Condominiums to the south and The Vistas Condominium to the north.
  • The tower contains one residential unit per floor of over 6,000 square feet.
  • During the building's construction it was required that concrete be poured 20 feet below ground level for the building's grade beams. When digging crews reached ground water only 18 inches underground, the water had to be continuously pumped out away from the site.
  • Because of the problem of high ground water during the building's construction, a special mixture was added to the foundation's concrete in order to lessen the cure period.
  • The rounded modern exterior design is typical of other Park Shore Beach high-rises, such as Le Jardin Condominiums and Le Rivage Condominiums.
  • Joan Altabe, the former visual arts critic for the Bradenton Herald, referred to the building as "a 30-story structure that looks like a giant silo with windows."
  • The building's first floor was renovated in 2003 for approximately $1,500,000 and took five months to complete.
  • The building's name should not be confused with The Enclave at Naples, a 380 unit low-rise apartment development in east Naples.
