  • This small tower was to have just one unit on each of the 2nd-8th floors, topped by a two-level penthouse unit.
  • Only 4 units were reported to be reserved, and marketing ended in Summer 2006. A small office tower utilizing the same address, 1016 Marquette, is proposed in its place.
  • The first concept released in January 2005 was a sharply angular, brutalist design with 15 ft ceilings in the units. The second design from March 2005 added more glass, a copper column on the south facade and a boldly arching roofline.
  • It was one of two condominium projects announced for the block bounded by Nicollet Mall and Marquette Avenue from 10th to 11th Streets in the second half of 2004. The other is The Nicollet, which will stand approximately 500 feet taller.
  • Each typical unit would have averaged 3,300-3,400 square feet, making them among the largest condominiums in downtown Minneapolis.
  • The first floor was to contain a lobby and parking garage for the residents.
