• Fire Insurance maps indicate this building was 130 feet to the main roof, not including the penthouse.
• The southern half of the hotel faced Fifth Avenue and was completed in 1898. Construction of the northern half followed two years later and completed the building's span across the entire block, fronting Oliver Avenue to the north.
• The hotel was demolished to make way for Three Mellon Center.
