This master-planned community was built on the site of the former St. Francis Hospital. All of the buildings were demolished with the exception of a parking garage which became the Chathum building.
Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company created a master plan of tree-lined streets and squares. World renowned architects were then called upon to design the various buildings. Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners was the architect of record.
The three taller condominiums are each named after their architects: Walter Chatham, Alexander Gorlin, and Alison Spear.
