The residential units offer views over Lakes Park, a county park of 300 acres of lake and preserve, as well as views of the distant Fort Myers skyline.
The two towers contain units that range from 1,612 to 2,312 square feet on a typical floor. The penthouse levels contain four units per floor with over 4,000 square feet and feature expansive terraces.
The residential unit prices were initially offered from the upper $300,000 range to over $1,000,000.
According to artistic renderings, the complex's two high-rises will contain two glass elevators each.
The complex is the first project in Fort Myers to be financed by Corus Bank, which loaned $57,000,000 for construction.
